Domain is owned by a different organization.

I added my domain to a project, then removed it to migrate it to another project. However, I'm now unable to add it again it says the domain already exists.

please share a project ID and the domain name with the problem

how do you point the domain to Appwrite?

@Rikelmi Silva what is your current vs old team ID?

I see the domain still exists, so it wasn't removed, but it has not rules for pointing any function/site to a subdomain or apex domain.

You need:

1. Go to your previous org, go to the domains settings and transfer it to your new org
2. Point the domain to Appwrite using NS/A/CNAME records
3. Create domain rules from a function/site/api to make it do something

The project where I originally enabled the domain is no longer accessible, as I deleted both the domain and the project. I’m now left with only one project, and I’m unable to activate the domain on it again.

@Rikelmi Silva we have found the bug that caused this and have created the fix. Deleting an organization was not correctly deleting the domains associated with it. We have also confirmed that the domain you provided above was linked to a deleted organization and so have deleted manually. You should be able to add your domain to the new organization/project now. Let us know if you have any further issues.
