Web Developer
Hi Appwrite team,
I have an active GitHub Student Developer Pack and originally chose Appwrite through the GitHub Student Pack.
I have repeatedly gone through appwrite.io/education using the same GitHub account with the active Student Developer Pack. GitHub authentication succeeds and I am logged into Appwrite, but the Education organization is never created.
My account still shows:
Personal projects — Free
This appears to be the same issue reported by several other users on September 2–3.
My production project is now also frozen because the Free organization shows:
Storage: 6.86 GB / 2 GB
while bandwidth is only 172 MB / 5 GB and executions are about 14K / 750K.
I have already deleted every obsolete Site deployment and kept only the active deployment, but the storage usage has not recalculated yet and my production domain still shows:
“This project has reached its resource limit.”
Could an Appwrite team member please:
verify why the GitHub Education entitlement is not being applied;
manually apply/create the Education organization if necessary;
confirm whether my existing Rivenhall Digital project can be moved into the Education organization;
and confirm when storage is recalculated after deleting old deployments?
I can provide my Appwrite Account ID and project ID privately.
