I cant deploy any site on appwrite, i've tried multiple times with yarn and npm, but every single time i have an error

TL;DR

after tried multiple times i was able to get a little far with pnpm and npm but i always run into other problemas, like this one : Synchronous function execution timed out. Use asynchronous execution instead, or ensure the execution duration doesn't exceed 30 seconds.
