Hi Appwrite team,
I’m having an issue with a custom domain in Appwrite Cloud and I need your help to free it.
Appwrite account email: sebastorregroza6@gmail.com
Custom domain: anidev.app
Current situation:
I previously attached anidev.app to a project inside an old organization.
I deleted that organization thinking it would release the domain.
The site on anidev.app is still being served by Appwrite (the old project appears to still be working).
In my new organization, when I try to add anidev.app as a custom domain, I get an error that the domain is already in use / not allowed.
I can no longer see or access the old organization or project in the console, so I cannot detach the domain myself.
Could you please detach / release the domain tudominio.app from the old organization/project in my account so I can attach it to a project in my new organization?
If you need any additional information to verify ownership or locate the old resource, I will be happy to provide it.
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards, Sebastian Torregroza
Hey, can you please inbox me your old project id and new project id?
I only have the id of the new project (695fc02d002d95f390de) , I haven't access to the old project id
