If payment with paypal/apple pay is possible please allow it as it always works with me ,

If you're outside the US, make sure international payments are allowed and set above $150 to allow for authorization

Normally payments with PayPal and apple pay go smoothly.
I have purchased stuff before with over 150$ so it’s weird
