Hello, I’m running at pro plan at the moment, But I want to go back and change the plan to free plan, But in my billing section my free plan is unable and I can’t choose that.

TL;DR
Developers cannot downgrade to a Free plan if they already have a Free org.

If you already have a Free org, this is not possible.
