Hello, I'm a software engineer with a solid understanding of React and Node, and I'm looking to expand my skills by building a simple app using ASP.NET Core Web API and the latest version of Angular. Using the Hacker News API, I'm trying to create a app that allows users to view the newest stories from the feed with pagination feature. Backend is half done.

I'm looking for a developer who can guide me through the rest of the process via pair programming, including writing testing code.

Hourly Rate: $25
