Organization not exists anymore
Hello! We have a problem with a cloud database. We are on the Free plan, but after a refresh the site wants me to create a new organisation, and I not see the created with 6 projects on it, I mean gone. But, our apps still have connections to the created databases on that organization setup.
Is this a bug, or we broke something?
TL;DR

The developer cannot find the organization with 6 projects on the Free plan.
Apps are still connected to databases from the missing organization.
Solution:
It seems that the organization might have been unintentionally deleted or lost.
Check the possibility of restoring the organization from backup or contacting support for assistance.
Ensure apps are reconnected to databases or consider setting up a new organization.
