TL;DR
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to customize the OTP message template in the Appwrite Cloud. This limitation also applies to the self-hosted version. You can stay updated on this issue by following the link to the GitHub issue provided: https://github.com/appwrite/appwrite/issues/5641.
