Need Help on Self Hosted Version of Appwrite with Telesign SMS integration.

Hi i wanted to test SMS OTP verify method but i am not able to do it. I follow all the steps but no luck. Please help me with this.
I am using Appwrite self hosted Version 1.9.6.
i have already setup on docker .env also configured. Added a testing number on telesign also but sms are not coming.

can you share logs of your messaging worker?

i tried updating with other number but still not working
i have added two test number both verified on telesign. encoded the key aslo as needed.

did you add the providor from the console UI or just in .env?

just in .env for now. Tried adding in console as provider with same creds but not working.
