Need Help on Self Hosted Version of Appwrite with Telesign SMS integration.

Hi i wanted to test SMS OTP verify method but i am not able to do it. I follow all the steps but no luck. Please help me with this. I am using Appwrite self hosted Version 1.9.6. i have already setup on docker .env also configured. Added a testing number on telesign also but sms are not coming.
