New runtimes and expanded capabilities

We've added support for new function runtimes and capabilities:

• Added support for the latest runtimes, including:

  • Node.js 22

  • Dart 3.5

  • Bun 1.1

• Improved error reporting on the Functions executor, ensuring similar errors are grouped together for easier debugging.
