👻

Hello Appwrite team,

I'm reaching out because I'm stuck on Appwrite's Free plan and I can't resolve the issue myself.

My situation:

My organization has exceeded the storage limit (3.92 GB used out of 2 GB allowed).

API access to my project is suspended, which prevents me from deleting files to free up space.

However, my audio bucket is empty (totalSize: 0 via CLI) and I have no Sites deployed (appwrite sites list returns 0).

So I suspect the overage comes from hidden deployment artifacts or a calculation bug, as reported by other users.

What I need:
Could you please reset my storage counter or delete the hidden artifacts to unblock access to my project? I don't need to upgrade to a paid plan — I just want to be able to delete what's taking up space.

My details:

Project ID: 6ad9f4c20010b0156a02

Organization: Personal Projects (urbanatelier2027@gmail.com)

Thank you very much for your help.

Summary

A user on the Appwrite Free plan is unable to delete files due to exceeding the storage limit, with an API access suspension. They believe the overage is due to hidden deployment artifacts, as their audio bucket shows zero size. They request a reset of their storage counter or removal of the hidden artifacts to regain access without upgrading to a paid plan. A possible solution is to contact Appwrite support directly to address the storage issue and request deletion of hidden files or a counter reset.
