Hello Tessa,

I'm reaching out because I'm stuck on Appwrite's Free plan and I can't resolve the issue myself.

My situation:

My organization has exceeded the storage limit (3.92 GB used out of 2 GB allowed).

API access to my project is suspended, which prevents me from deleting files to free up space.

However, my audio bucket is empty (totalSize: 0 via CLI) and I have no Sites deployed (appwrite sites list returns 0).

So I suspect the overage comes from hidden deployment artifacts or a calculation bug, as reported by other users.

What I need:
Could you please reset my storage counter or delete the hidden artifacts to unblock access to my project? I don't need to upgrade to a paid plan — I just want to be able to delete what's taking up space.
