Unpaid Aug 15 invoice blocking account after payment of Sep 14 invoice. Request for review

Hola Appwrite team,

My organization "Startup projetcs" was restricted after my card declined on the Aug 15 invoice (INV-B2FA625D, $25). I've since funded my card and paid the Sep 14 invoice (INV-D63DE53C) today, Oct 4, 2026. The account is still restricted because the Aug 15 invoice shows as Failed.

I was unable to use the service during that period because access was blocked.
Invoice IDs and a screenshot of the billing page are attached. Thank you.
