Appwrite Educational

Hi! I’m using Appwrite through the GitHub Student Developer Pack / Appwrite Education offer.
When I logged into Appwrite today, I received an in-app notice saying that my student status would change in about 30 days and asking me to select what I wanted to do next. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the notice, and I cannot currently reproduce it.
This seems inconsistent with my GitHub Education status. GitHub currently shows my student benefits as valid until November 8, 2027, and I have attached a screenshot showing this.
Could you please check whether my Appwrite Education entitlement is correctly linked/synced with GitHub Education, and confirm that my Education plan/projects will not be downgraded or interrupted in approximately 30 days?
If useful, I can provide my Appwrite account or organization details privately. Thanks!

Thanks — I saw that announcement, but I don't think it explains what I'm seeing.
I only activated my Appwrite Education plan approximately one week ago. The announcement says that the new standard Education term is six months, and that November 1 applies to organizations that are already past six months.
If my Education term began when I enrolled last week, I would therefore expect it to remain active for approximately another six months rather than require a plan change on November 1.
Could you please check the actual Education term start/end date recorded for my organization and confirm that it will not be disabled or downgraded on November 1?
For reference, my GitHub Student Developer Pack remains verified until November 8, 2027.
I also noticed that the current GitHub Student Developer Pack listing and Appwrite Education page still describe the benefit as lasting throughout the student's studies, so clarification on how the new six-month policy applies to recently enrolled students would be appreciated.

I got it, I will report this problem to the Appwrite team.

@locuscaeruleus Can you DM me your email and organization is?

@user can you check this? it seems their education org was created very recently and they got prompted to take action within the next month 👀
