Hi team,
I recently deleted my organization and project (CivicSnap) on Appwrite Cloud.
My organization was on an active Pro plan right up until the moment it was deleted, linked to the account emreakkus003@gmail.com. Because the organization was removed, I lost console access to the Pro email support portal.
Could an engineer or team member please check the backend retention logs or internal disaster recovery snapshots to see if the organization/database can still be restored? All my database schemas and configurations were inside that project.
Any assistance before the retention window expires would mean a lot!
