Account restricted after testing Pro plan & downgrading back to FreeHi team,
I recently upgraded my organization (Organization ID: /organization-6a1631230017a301a34a Name: Personal projects) to test out the Pro/premium features. I successfully paid for the previous period (attached receipt/screenshot), but after testing it, I decided to downgrade back to the Free plan.
After downgrading, my account shows an outstanding balance/invoice of $25 and has set my account status to Access restricted. Because of this, my project toomuchcoin remains paused, and I am unable to restore it or access my resources on the Free tier.
Since I have already downgraded to the Free tier and paid for the period I tested, could you please help clear this failed invoice/restriction on my account so I can unpause and continue running my project on the Free plan?
