Subject: Question about GitHub Education Plan Usage
Hello Appwrite Team,
I have a question regarding the Appwrite Education Plan available through the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
I am currently building a startup project as part of my learning and development process. The project has not been launched, has no users, generates no revenue, and is not being used commercially yet.
During development, I would like to:
- Deploy the project on Appwrite for testing and debugging.
- Continuously improve the application.
- Take screenshots of the UI and share them with AI coding agents or other developers to receive feedback and improve the design and functionality.
- Eventually migrate to a free Appwrite plan (or another hosting provider) before the public commercial launch.
Would this type of usage be allowed under the Education Plan, or would it already be considered a non-educational or commercial use because the project is intended to become a commercial product in the future?
Thank you for your clarification.
FAQ: No, you may not use the Education plan for any non-educational or commercial purposes.
