Urgent help with removed databases

I wrote to paid plan support about this but no response as of yet… About an hour ago one of the interns from our end nuke all databases under our project via appwrite cli, we’re on appwrite cloud and the project id is: 671fae7b002323af037c

We were wondering if backup options are available since we’re not seeing any from the cloud console… an incident investigation is underway from our end .. i’d sincerely value your support and response
