Courtesy limit reset for non-profit migration spike

Hi Team! I'm the architect for a 501(c)(3) non-profit project (Aaria's Blue Elephant) and we just hit our Free plan Database Read limit (currently at 164%).

This was a one-time spike caused specifically by a database migration/transfer I was running today, rather than organic app traffic. Since the project is now restricted, is it possible to get a one-time courtesy reset so we can get back online and finish the setup?
