Hello Appwrite Team,
I need clarification regarding the automatic inactivity suspension of Free-tier projects.
My project, Anonymous, was paused today because of seven days of inactivity.
However, yesterday I personally accessed the Appwrite Console and:
Opened Authentication → Users and inspected registered users.
Opened Database → Collections/Documents and inspected existing records.
My application is also a live application with users actively registering, logging in and using its database.
I understand that normal API requests might not count towards the inactivity requirement. However, I would like to understand why my recent manual Console access did not prevent the suspension.
Could someone from the Appwrite team clarify:
Does simply viewing Authentication users and database collections count as Console activity?
Why was my project still considered inactive?
Can someone investigate the inactivity timestamp for my project?
I am using the Free plan, so I cannot access direct email support.
