Project returning 403 general_resource_blocked after inactivity pause

Hello Appwrite Support Team,

I need help restoring access to my existing Appwrite project.

Project details:

Project name: My first project

Project ID: 68b6f9fe003aad82e9f8

Region: Frankfurt (fra)

Database ID: 68b6fd820004ee2266d4

Plan: Free

My project was automatically paused due to inactivity. I received an email confirming the pause and stating that my data would remain safe.

The project now appears active in the Appwrite Console, but my application still cannot access the database.

The API returns:

HTTP 403 Forbidden

I have also registered my deployed website as a Web platform, but the issue persists.

Could you please investigate:

Why is my project still returning general_resource_blocked?

Is there any account-level or project-level restriction?

Is my original database and its data still intact?

Can you manually restore access to my project?

I still have the original source code on GitHub and would like to recover my existing project rather than create a new one.
