Dart Runtime as Function is missing

Hey guys,

I set the _APP_FUNCTIONS_RUNTIMES to dart-3.10 and redeployed the appwrite stack but unfortunately the dart runtime doesnt show up. I copied the value from https://appwrite.io/docs/products/functions/runtimes#available-runtimes

TL;DR
The developer set the Dart runtime to dart-3.10 in _APP_FUNCTIONS_RUNTIMES but it's not showing up after redeploying the appwrite stack. The value was copied from the official Appwrite documentation.
