Education plan ended: assisted export / temporary read-unblock for project wtr

Hello Appwrite team,

Our organization "Student" (ID: 698a375154996e4f6ccd) was disabled when its Education plan ended. Our developer reports that API calls for our project "welcome-to-roxwood" (ID: wtr), including reads, return HTTP 402 "team_read_only", blocking export and the standard Cloud-to-self-hosted migration.

We want to migrate project "wtr" to our own self-hosted Appwrite instance WITHOUT losing any data. We cannot downgrade the organization to Free, because it would require deleting resources (a storage bucket and an organization member) and would also affect our other project "talkwell-caa" in the same organization, which must remain fully intact.

Could you please help with one of the following, without altering "talkwell-caa" and without us committing to a paid plan:

1. An assisted export of project "wtr" (database and all documents, both storage buckets, users and their labels, teams, and the function); or
2. A temporary read-only unblock of ONLY "wtr", long enough for us to run the export/migration ourselves.

If a paid option is the only possibility, please tell us the exact total cost for the whole organization before we proceed, so we can evaluate it. Please do not activate a paid plan or delete any resources on our behalf.
