Hi, I need urgent help.
I received a bank SMS about a charge from "APPWRITE PRO" (18.460 JOD on 10/12/2025 at 03:47), but I DO NOT have an Appwrite account and I did not make any purchase.
My bank (Arab Bank – Jordan) has already blocked my card and opened a dispute for an unauthorized transaction.
Can someone from the Appwrite team please check if this transaction is from your side and if any Appwrite account is using my card details?
(I will only share the last 4 digits of my card: 5986)
Thank you.
<@462046107556511744> sir can you please check on this? It seems urgent
Hello, I have shared the details in the ticket created with support. Let me know if you have any further queries.
Hello dear Divyansha Like I said before ( I Don't Have an Appwrite Account ) and The email address that made the purchase is NOT my email address. You may check the email details And thanks for helping
<@803428336842833920> I think in that case you will need to contact the bank and lock the credit card
Mainly because although appwrite could refund the money, there's still a chance someone uses your card for something else
I've called them and stopped the card
Thanks for warning <@1087889306208718959>
Great! I hope you get the refund as soon as possible if it's possible <:appwritepeepo:1156975874852270110> <:appwriterocket:823996226894692403>
