Error while trying to Upgrade to Pro plan

Hi all,

We are trying to follow the steps to upgrade from free to Pro plan but we get this error message:

We have filled the required information and we are now stuck after trying several alternatives and options. We are not using VPN (this was giving us other errors) and tried with Firefox and Edge, both private and non-private sessions on each.

We have simplified to the maximum possible the Billing information but still nothing. With TAX info and without. I believe we have tried all possible alternatives.

Could you please help us to get the Pro plan?

We don't see another way of contacting Appwrite as we are not Premium yet.

We have opened a ticket at Github to report the bug.
