When on the Pro plan do you automatically get charged for more resources, or is they charges you can add on if you need more resources?
eg. Functions says "$2 per 1m" for additional exectuions. Will that be charged once I go over the base allowment, or if I run out of executions can I then decide to pay more for more executions if I want to?
