I have the Pro plan on Appwrite, and it's been a week now, and I still don't receive verification codes, which are required to let my users in. I have around 100/200 users daily, and now I'm losing them because of this issue! (Note: I've been paying all the additional costs for the SMS)
This issue does not happen on all phone numbers, but only on Saudi Arabia (+966) phone numbers, which are the most important ones for me in this case
It was working for months, but suddenly no users are receiving these codes even though no changes were made on the mobile app I need to know what the issue is and what the options are to fix it
Additional info: I'm using
- React native
- Expo
- Appwrite cloud
- Backend and auth system are also configured to work by Appwrite
- I'm already on production on the App store

Please create a support ticket via the Appwrite Console and the phone number and timestamp you triggered the phone otp
