Appwrite cloud custom domain issue

after migrated to cloud with Frankfurt region. I added a custom domain which works fine only with overview, anything else is error 500 mostly because of the auto-subdomain Appwrite add with region name (fra)
I sent an email to support, where to go from here?

Avoid cross-posting both here and in #cloud in the future 😅

As we said, you should not access to the console through the custom domain or regions endpoints.
Instead, you should use the cloud.appwrite.io domain for that. :appwritepeepo:
