I got a problem on billing and I ask for support on console with the Appwrite team Contact.

I am student and I am new and it says Monday to Thursday and today Friday I need to reconnect my database. I'm not even reach the free tier limits but get charge when I tried to stop billing and cannot stop the billing by a restriction. And now I got my project down. Please if support can help me 🙏🙏
