HIPAA Compliance only on Scale plan?

Dear Appwriters, why are HIPAA, BAA and SOC-2 only checked for the 'Scale' plan? Does this mean when using the 'Pro' Plan that my data is not compliant with these standards and only can be if i switch to the 599$ 'Scale' plan? At least that's what it looks like here: https://appwrite.io/pricing

From what I understand, you need some special certificates, etc. Those are only available in the Scale plan. If you need some specific or custom solution you can try to contact the sales team through sales@appwrite.io

Okay, thanks! We will do some research on what we actually need certificate-wise in our country and for our data. Will be in contact when I know more!
