Remove my credit card from your system immediately and stop attempting to charge it.
I’ve emailed about this issue multiple times with no response. I don’t have an active subscription, yet you’re still trying to charge my card repeatedly. I’ve also tried on your website, and there is no option to remove my card myself, which is unacceptable. This must be resolved immediately.
Remove my card and stop these payment attempts now.
