Unable to change to free plan from pro plan
i have used the hacktoberfest promo code for pro plan but now i can't change it to free plan
TL;DR
Developer wants to switch from Pro to Free plan but is unable to do so because of an invoice for the current billing cycle. Tried deleting organization, but still prompted for payment. Used Hacktoberfest promo code for Pro plan.i have a invoice for jan month from 28 to 27 feb but i dont want to use the pro plan how can i cancel the pro plan tried deleting the organization but its still asking for payment of that invoice
