Hello! I'm a student and am in the GitHub Student Organization, and according to GitHub, I am recieving pro membership via the Student Dev Pack. However, when I attempt to set a custom backup policy, I was told to upgrade my account but I can't find where(or why) I need to do so. Is this not apart of the pro plan? Have I missed something when I signed up?

PS: Before I move my service to appwrite(for the database+login services), how does it compare to firebase in terms of speed, reliability, and limits? One of the main reasons I moved is that I was hitting document size limits.

TL;DR
- A student developer is in the GitHub Student Organization, but is having issues accessing the pro membership features like setting a custom backup policy. - It seems like there might be confusion about the account features. It would be best to reach out to GitHub support to clarify this matter. - The developer is also looking for a comparison between Appwrite and Firebase in terms of speed, reliability, and limits, as they are considering moving services due to hitting document size limits. - Response: Consider contacting GitHub support for account feature clarification. In terms of service comparison, Appwrite and Firebase have differences in speed, reliability, and limits. Proceed with the migration
