The problem is coming back again
TL;DR
The developer was unable to login initially and suspected a possible DDoS attack. After waiting for 20 minutes, the issue resolved itself. The developer also mentioned adding a user and creating a post before the problem occurred. Another developer suggested adding localhost/127.0.0.1:5173 to the web platform. However, the issue resurfaced later on.

There was no problem before. I have added user, created post etc. The issue arose from the DDoS attack as said by steven. I have not made any changes that would reflect this error
Now it is working again. Had to wait for like 20 minutes. I don't think the issue is from my side.
What could be the probable cause??
