Please Help! Appwrite Sub Issue.

Good morning,

My billing cycle ends on the 18th of every month and for the last 3 months I was on the Pro plan as an invitation (trial) from Appwrite to try out the features.

I changed my plan back to the free plan on the 17th of September and I have the email confirmation, however the console is telling me that my account will not downgrade until next month 10/18/24 therefore not allowing me to use the platform unless I pay, is there a way that you guys can downgrade my account back to the free plan now?

Im about 4 weeks left of coding and once Im done I will upgrade once again to the Pro Plan.

Issue with billing and plan downgrade in Appwrite for developer Roland. Invoices are billed at end of the cycle (UTC based), possible delay in downgrading to free plan. Requesting help to downgrade account back to free plan before the next billing cycle on 10/18. Project ID# 66045eb4ad78658d4b8e.

Invoices are billed out at the end of cycle, billing is UTC based so depending on your timezone - the worker likely already queued you up for the next cycle. So for now you're on the pro plan until the 18th of October, after that it will downgrade to the free tier.

Submit a ticket for this in your console and select billing and I can take a further look there
