one person not receiving sms verification code - how to debug?
Our app is using sms verification codes successfully. One person has reported that she never gets the sms verification codes. In AppWrite her number appears as unverified. Is there a log somewhere where I can check what happened with her phone number specifically? It is a German phone number, we have had no problem with other German customers. Thanks 🙏
