Access older versions
Hey, I might have missed it sorry, but I can't for the life of me find older versions of the docker compose file, and env variables.
I'm not intending to use an old version longerm or anything, but I would love to try my hand at performing an update between versions, etc as part of my own validations, making sure I know what I am doing etc.
The only place I have found the files linked to is on the self-hosting page, https://appwrite.io/docs/advanced/self-hosting, but that just links the the current version.
