Can't stop docker compose

Hi all. I'm trying to backup my data but I got this error. I then tried stopping all appwrite docker containers but I can't stop it too

TL;DR

Developers unable to stop Docker Compose for Appwrite application, even after trying to stop all containers.

I can't even rebuild docker compose for appwrite and stop it

when I stop all containers and re-run,
