How to upgrade to higher version in Caprover (Scalable, Free and Self-hosted PaaS!)

Dear friend, I'm using Caprover to manage my server, which makes it easy for me to install apps like Appwrite, n8n.io, and others via one-click integrations. Now, I'd like to upgrade my Appwrite instance from version 1.4.13 to the latest version, 1.5.4. Could anyone provide step-by-step guidance on how to achieve this? As a non-coder, I may need some extra help understanding the process, and I would be extremely grateful for any advice or support. 😅
