phone auth - not receiving OTP
I'm from India and using phone auth in React-Native app but sometimes for 1-2 hours my users are unable to get OTPs but this time it's been 10-12 hours . I tried to reach out support team twice today about this major issue but no response from them. Please help ๐๐ผ me. My app is in production.
TL;DR
Developers having issues receiving OTP for phone auth in India using React-Native app. Support team unresponsive. Check with message provider for any issues. No resolution provided. 
Have you checked with your message provider to see if there are any issues on their end?
Tried with many providers and checked spam folder also but nothing found
Can anyone from Appwrite or open-source developer help me ? I'm in big trouble.
