phone auth - not receiving OTP
I'm from India and using phone auth in React-Native app but sometimes for 1-2 hours my users are unable to get OTPs but this time it's been 10-12 hours . I tried to reach out support team twice today about this major issue but no response from them. Please help 🙏🏼 me. My app is in production.

Tried with many providers and checked spam folder also but nothing found
Can anyone from Appwrite or open-source developer help me ? I'm in big trouble.
