How do I stop active membership? I want to delete my account but am not allowed to.
I dont see a way to cancel my membership with appwrite. I am being charged $15 a month but dont use the service anymore.
TL;DR
Developers are unable to delete their account due to an active membership preventing it. The "change plan" button is grayed out. The user can't find a way to cancel their membership within the appwrite UI and is still being charged $15 monthly despite not using the service. When i try to delete my account I am blocked because it says I have an active membership but i dont see a way the UI to stop my membership. I can't even change plans.
