Storage total in usage

Does anyone know if the storage usage (for example /v1/storage/6611fd490017df7c6f84/usage?range=24h) shows the filesStorageTotal and filesTotal of just the 24 hours? Or Is it counted from all-time?

I basically need to find a solid way to count the storage total of a bucket
