what is the difference between Cloud and 1.5 in the /docs?

TL;DR

Developers want to know the difference between the Cloud version displayed online as 1.3 and the version shown in the Appwrite Console as 1.4.

Cloud is on 1.4. you can see at the bottom of the Appwrite Console on cloud

in here it says 1.3
