not able to send push notifications to users
i want to try the new push notifications but i am not able to send push notifications to users after i created the new provider with FCM

i tried to send a test message to a user, but users are not selectable:

i added sms and email.. but there is no button to add push

ah okay so i would need a redesign.. at the moment i store my fcm tokens as user preferences
