Appwrite Cloud not working again
Hey, the service is down again on almost all our projects (some are production), same error like yesterday 500 Internal Error. Can I know what is going on because my client can't stop calling me regarding this issue.

I saw it, but yesterday it went down twice, today is down again. This isn't look good tbh.

The team is investigating the root cause of those issues since yesterday and monitoring cloud 24h/7

but it don't change the fact that all our services are down without a notice and now I am taking a huge heat from my clients
Things seem fine now, but I am leaving this issue open as unresolved because, although everything looked good after the first shutdown yesterday, the problem occurred again about an hour later.
I think its better to observe the #🌩│cloud-beta channel and the status page @ https://status.appwrite.io instead of creating and observing these support threads 😅.
https://status.appwrite.online/ shows that everything is up and running but again everything is down for us
update: it change after posting...
there no other way to use appwrite then the cloud

Self-hosting means you need to host it yourself, so you need a server most likely.
How you get that server, is your own issue

Appwrite is an open-source project, you can do with it as you will.
So for a stable version for a customer of mine you recommend to selfhost? Is there a plan to go non Beta in the near future?
Whom do I need to speak with about the SLA? I spoke with a couple of people from the core team during the product interviews when I was onboarding to the cloud, but no one mentioned it.
It does cost a lot more money, FYI
