It's back to normal on my end.

A new issue has arisen: the creation of collections is failing.

've waited for a long time, but it didn't return any data. After clicking cancel, the collection I just created appears in the list. However, when I click on the newly created collection, it returns a 500 error.

If you mean usage not working, it's a known issue and is being solved

Probably there's an ongoing maintenance. It will solve itself
