I recently migrated from cloud to self-hosting and I've been unable to deploy my functions. They just stay in the processing status indefinitely

Summary

User migrated from cloud to self-hosting and is unable to deploy functions. Functions stay in processing status indefinitely. Solution: Restart the server and deploy functions one at a time.
