It's a provider issue, so appwrite cannot do too much there in such aspect. Are you sure anyways you're specifying the phone number correctly?
but its appwrite responsibility to talk with provider , we dont know which provider does appwrite use.
i have checked many times with correct phone number.

sorry it's not working for you. it seems some phones/phone numbers just don't work with our provider. we're discussing ways to improve this
its not only have problem in my phone , i have checked in more then 50 phone and different phone number by myself and our 1000+ users have said about this issue.
if you have indian phone number , just check by urself , you will see.
we have checked. some people recieve it, while others don't
from 1 week , i think no one receive.
see there is no new user from 1 week , because they do not get a otp.
I'm pretty sure this is a different problem. Usage on cloud stopped working early October.
so it means all users faced this problem because of their phone and phone number , appwrite do not has any fault?
the usage data problem, yes. usage data in general has stopped working. if you go to the overview page of your project, you'll also see 0 for everything after October 5 or something. the usage problem is unrelated to your users not receiving OTPs
i want to know the exact reason why otp not send , and when will it fixed , user abuses us for not able to see app content .

It was a problem related to the provider, so probably they solved it 😅
Not Appwrite but the provider
right now otp is working fine , but you say that it is the problem of provider , appwrite cloud do not give us way to change provider , so its appwrite problem.
