Our records indicate it was delivered successfully after 15 seconds

There were actually 2 dent and delivered in about 15 seconds

no it did not came , i checked in 10+ phone with diferent diferent number

yes , and it was working best from past 2 month , this problem comes from these week , sometime it works and sometimes it not works in any phone.

You sent me 1 phone number and like I said, I saw 2 successful deliveries from our side

i have send you project id , just check for today that how much otp sent vs how much otp requested. Because my all user complain that otp not coming today. Please fix this otp issue.

i got complaint from 1000+ student , its not possible to ask every one phone number.

just check yesterday otp request and is that got otp or not , you will see all numbers

i have also tried in 8-10 phone in my phone , i did not get any otp

This seems to be an issue with the provider, not appwrite. If it fails with your phone, send your phone number to steven

Also, are you adding country prefix?

how will i know which provider appwrite cloud use, can i change otp provider in appwrite cloud?

We can't share that info. You cannot change it at the moment

i understand you can't share , but if you see by urself ,it definetely show that in 100 otp request , only 2 or 3 otp send successfully.

when will otp problem fixed sir , i have lost 100+ premium subscription because of otp problem in last 7 days.
